York Fees

Admission Fees

Residents are charged an entrance fee of $250. This payment covers the first billing cycle of Friday- Thursday as well as any days prior to that cycle.

Rent Fees

Residents are charged $160 a week for rent. Rent is due every Friday. We accept a variety of payment methods.
